1. If you find the purchased item damaged, you can contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product (including weekends and public holidays) to request an exchange. (Contact options are available via WHATSAPP/MESSENGER/WeChat/LINE icons on our website.) Once your request is verified to meet the return conditions, we will assist in arranging the exchange. Late requests will not be accepted.
2. Customer service may ask you to provide photos and/or videos to verify the return conditions.
3. We only accept returns for the following reasons:
- The item is damaged/defective
- The wrong item was sent
4. Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons, including but not limited to:
i. The product is not in new condition or has been used
ii. The product has been washed with water or cleaning agents
iii. The product is damaged, stained, or incomplete
iv. Color differences from website photos
v. Any free gifts
vi. Items that have already been returned or exchanged
vii. Change of mind
viii. Promotional exchange items
5. Free gifts and promotional items cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
6. Factors like lighting, phone, or computer screens may cause color discrepancies; actual product color prevails.
7. If the same item is sold out, you may exchange it for a product of equal or lesser value, or pay the difference for a higher-value product. No refunds will be issued for exchanges to lower-value products (the product value is based on the price at the time of the return request).
Exchange Method
1. Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product (including weekends and public holidays) to request an exchange, providing your order or receipt for verification. After confirmation, return the item to our office for the exchange.
2. All shipping costs during the return process will be covered by AMOR (refer to point 3).
3. Returns will not be accepted without an order or receipt for verification.
4. We will process your return within five working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your returned item.
5. All returns will be sent back via SF Express.
6. Any items returned without prior approval or that do not meet return conditions will not be processed and will be sent back via SF Express with shipping costs due, without further notice. Customers will bear any associated costs and risks.
Refund Method
1. Customers must understand the terms and conditions before placing an order. Once an order is confirmed, no personal reasons for cancellation or refund will be accepted. By ordering from our store, you agree to abide by the purchase terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms without notice, and customers are responsible for reviewing them before placing an order.
2. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
3. Used shopping credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Orders are generally shipped within 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. We do not accept refunds for shipping delays if we have shipped within the 5-day timeframe.
In case of discrepancies between the Traditional Chinese and English versions, the Traditional Chinese version prevails. AMOR reserves the right to modify these terms without notice, and retains final decision-making authority in case of disputes.
